All buyers and sellers must become members. Membership is FREE for life. All members must reside in one of the 50 United States. Membership insures all members and EZBuckAds that you are who you say you are. This will help protect all of our members, buyers and sellers, from fraud and spam. If fraud and spam is conducted, EZBuckAds can and will delete membership without warning for an indefinite period, no exceptions.

EZBuckAds is a classified Ads only. EZBuckAds does not own any of the items listed, we can not verify or endorse the quality, safety, or legality of the ads listed on our site. EZBuckAds is not an online auction, it is a set price classified Ads. If you wish to negotiate the price of the item, members can do this via e-mail. EZBuckAds does not collect any money from the sell of members merchandise. EZBuckAds will not be responsible for the price or items sold on EZBuckAds.

• Post any profanity or any sort.
• Post any ads of sexual content.
• Use the site if you are not able to from legally binding contracts or if you are under the age of 18 without the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from our site.
• Transfer your EZBuckAds account, including screen name and feedback information.
• Commit any type of fraud or spam on EZBuckAds.
• Harvest or collect information about other users including e-mail addresses without their consent..
• Distribute viruses or any technology that may harm other members or EZBuckAds interests or property of EZBuckAds.
• Post false, defamatory, inaccurate, libelous or misleading content.
• Manipulate the price of any item or interfere with other members listings.
• Copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute or publicly display any content (except for your information) from the sites without the prior expressed written permission of EZBuckAds and the appropriate third parties as applicable.
• Post irrelevant content, repeatedly post the same or similar content or otherwise impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to EZBuckAds computer systems or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of or interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of, the services or EZBuckAds website.
• Put any contact information (including but not limited to) on Front Ad page.
• Place any links to other sites in any ads.
• Place ads that compete with EZBuckAds without prior expressed written permission of EZBuckAds.
• Member can not duplicate, reproduce or use any of our logo, marketing or advertising for their own use.

Performing any of the acts above, but not limited to, will be grounds for immediate termination of membership on EZBuckAds for an indefinite period.

Members are solely responsible for your information description of items, sell price and pictures downloaded. EZBuckAds serves as a passive conduit only and is providing a service. EZBuckAds will not be held liable for any content and merchandise sold or for sale on EZBuckAds. EZBuckAds are classified ads only, we do not collect any money for the sale of members merchandise. We provide a service only. It is the members responsibility to abide by all local, state and federal laws, on information listed on EZBuckAds.

Fees
All monetary values are to be stated in US Dollars – EZBuckAds may at our sole discretion change some or all of our services and fees at anytime without any warning.

Selling
All members (sellers) must comply with applicable laws. You may not offer to sell an item or service that is not in your possession, you do not have the right to sell or is stolen property. You must accurately describe the item you are selling. You must list your item in the most appropriate category. Keyword search is what you are selling, make sure you list it correct.

Liability
You will not hold EZBuckAds responsible for other members, including items posted. You acknowledge that we are a classified ads and provide a service. EZBuckAds is a venue to allow anyone (members) to offer, sell and buy just about anything at anytime within the 50 United States. EZBuckAds is not involved in the actual transaction between our members, EZBuckAds has no control over and do not guarantee that legality, safety, or quality of items listed. The truth or accuracy of listings, the ability of sellers to sell items, the ability of buyers to pay for items, or that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction.

Refunds
There will be no refunds for ads placed.

General
EZBuckAds can change any and all information contained on our site, including but not limited to; ad pricing, member pricing, member user agreement, ads placed and ad run time.

EZBuckAds can delete any membership and any ads placed at any time without warning for any reason.

You agree that EZBuckAds, in its sole discretion has the right (but not the obligation) to deactivate or delete your member status (account) block your e-mail address or otherwise terminate your access to use EZBuckAds immediately and without notice, remove and or discard any content within EZBuckAds service for any reason, including but not limited to if EZBuckAds believes you have committed any type of fraudulent activity on our site. Further you agree that EZBuckAds shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination to your account. You agree not to attempt to use the service after said termination

Further you agree as a member of EZBuckAds you are solely responsible for the information you provide in any and all ads placed on EZBuckAds, you will not in anyway hold EZBuckAds responsible for your ads or any other members ads, information or items listed.

You as a member of EZBuckAds is responsible to contact EZBuckAds via the fraud alert button, if you feel any ad is inappropriate in any way or if you feel fraud has been or is being committed.

You agree that use of EZBuckAds site is entirely at your own discretion and risk. EZBuckAds shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, exemplary, consequential or special damages (even if EZBuckAds has been advised of the possibility of such damages) resulting from any aspect of your use of the EZBuckAds site or the service, whether the damages arise from use or misuse of EZBuckAds site or service from the inability to use or the alteration, interruption, suspension, modification or termination of the EZBuckAds site or service. Such limitations shall also apply, by reason of any information or advice received through or advertised, as well as with respect to damages incurred by reason of other products or services received through or advertised in connection with EZBuckAds site or service, including any links on EZBuckAds site. All limitation shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold EZBuckAds, its officers, directors, agents affiliates, service providers, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, suppliers and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post or make available through EZBuckAds service, your use of the service, your violation of the user agreement, your breach of any of the representations and warranties herein, or your violation of any rights of another.
